Customer’s first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch
Picking, preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customer’s truck
Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch
Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility
Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck
Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized
Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers
Requirements College diploma and/or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience
3 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided)
Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
Authorized to work in Canada
