This role mandates exceptional interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR procedures, including talent acquisition and employee documentation. You will also conduct interviews, organize information sessions, and oversee payroll inquiries while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for Field positions
• Arrange and manage employee information sessions




• Maintain human resources files with necessary documentation
• Handle education and safety program participation
• Assist employees with payroll and benefits inquiries

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma plus HR diploma or degree preferred
• Minimum two years HR experience in diverse settings
• Proficiency in HR information systems and software
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Solid ability to resolve difficult employee situations
