As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of People & Culture. You will take charge of timely payroll processing for over 200 employees across Canada and lead enhancements in our HR/Payroll systems. This role requires a strong focus on compliance, accurate deductions, and employee perks management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly payroll for 200+ employees nationwide
• Lead benefits program management and employee communication
• Prepare year-end reporting including T4 and RL-1 slips




• Respond to payroll inquiries with a 48-hour turnaround
• Maintain compliance and support payroll audits

Requirements:
• 5-10 years full-cycle payroll experience required
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification necessary
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Excellent communication and attention to detail needed
