As a part time Registered Practical Nurse at Sienna's Heatherwood Retirement Residence, you will engage deeply with residents, providing high-quality nursing care. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, documentation, and promoting self-sufficiency among clients. You will also support unregulated care workers and contribute to the well-being of our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and communication
• Promote wellness and preventive health education




• Complete assessments and individualized care plans
• Provide guidance and training to unregulated care workers

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
• Minimum one year of experience in geriatric nursing
• Current medication administration certification
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
