Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct QA reviews of AML investigations for compliance

• Review and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to FINTRAC




• Provide feedback and coaching to investigative staff
• Analyze systemic issues from QA findings to enhance procedures

Requirements:
• Over 3 years of AML/ATF experience in financial services
• Strong understanding of FINTRAC guidelines and AML regulations
• Proven expertise in conducting independent reviews
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Robust communication skills for documentation and reports
