Role Summary
The Product Control & Logistics Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the Product Control department, helping ensure that products move accurately and efficiently from shipment through to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in, logistics, or operations within a fast-paced, international sales organization. In this role, you will work closely with warehouse teams, sales representatives, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure orders, inventory, and shipments are managed smoothly and accurately.

What Does the PCD Department Do?
The Product Control department (PCD) is responsible for several core functions that work together to move products from our headquarters and warehouses to our customers. As a PCD associate, you will gain exposure to each of these areas and will help support each one:





Import / Export & Customs — Communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to support the import of products from our headquarters into Canada.

Warehouse & Inventory — Support receiving, storage, and inventory management by working closely with warehouse partners to ensure optimal inventory availability.

Shipping & Delivery — Coordinate with warehouses and couriers to ensure products are delivered safely and quickly to customers.

Returns & Repair— Support the handling of returned products, loaner units, and products sent for repair including the coordination of required documentation and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, put-away, and stock organization

Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records

Coordinate with warehouses and couriers to arrange pickups and deliveries

Track shipments and follow up on delivery confirmations/proof of delivery (POD)

Support the return and repair process, including preparing export documents.

Communicate with the sales team on shipping status, delays, or special shipping requests

Maintain organized and accurate records in company systems

Identify and escalation discrepancies or issues to the PCD Manager

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an asset

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or customer service is an asset





Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office products

Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset)

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks under deadlines

Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
