Lead and inspire at the YMCA as a Site Coordinator for the Before and After School Program. This full-time role in St. Catherine’s oversees day-to-day operations and staff management, ensuring a nurturing environment for children.

You will report to the YPHD Program Manager and provide leadership to program and inclusion staff. Your mission is to foster a positive team atmosphere while guaranteeing safe and inclusive programming. As Site Coordinator, you will also evaluate programming effectiveness and ensure compliance with YMCA policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Program and Inclusion staff for effective team dynamics
• Address operational challenges, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure protected,



compliant program operations and staff coverage
• Review staff timesheets and manage payroll submissions
• Plan engaging indoor/outdoor programming following BAP requirements

Requirements:
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience
• Experience supervising a team
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation required
