RBC Dominion Securities has an exciting opportunity on a top-performing Advisory team in our main downtown Vancouver branch for an experienced, self-motivated and collaborative Senior Associate.

Job Description
Holland Family Enterprise Group of RBC Dominion Securities

What will you do?
You’ll be the primary contact for a small number of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families
You’ll collaborate closely with team members and external advisors on a daily basis
Depending on your expertise and interest, you may be asked to lead other components of the practice

What do you need to succeed?
You have a positive can-do attitude
You understand the ultra-high net worth market, and enjoy the associated complexity
You can work independently, but thrive within a team that operates onsite 5 days a week
5 years of experience working in the Wealth Management industry

The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary or more .
