Enhance support services for clients as the Operations Coordinator at Lookout Housing and Health Society in Parkway Shelter. Oversee shelter, outreach, and residential programs with a client-centered focus.

This full time permanent position reports to the Program Manager. You'll assist with personnel management, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Effective communication and leadership will be essential to maintaining Lookout's philosophy of minimal barriers and secure access to services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned residential, shelter, and outreach programs
• Ensure service delivery aligns with program goals and philosophies
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and program administration




• Recommend policy changes and enforce operating procedures
• Communicate with community agencies and internal departments

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Services or relevant experience
• Minimum of two years in community social services
• Proficiency in payroll, budgeting, and human resources
• First Aid Training Certificate required
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
