Drive data analysis and evaluation leadership at the University of Guelph. This temporary full time role focuses on supporting Student Wellness Services through strategic insights and reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Student Affairs, the Evaluation Lead and Data Analyst will spearhead evaluation efforts, analyze vast data sets, and mobilize evidence to enhance Student Wellness Services. You will be a vital asset in planning and policy development, translating complex data into actionable reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze complex data from multiple sources
• Provide strategic advice to Student Wellness Services leadership
• Identify trends and opportunities in student wellness




• Support survey design and implement evaluation methodologies
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems

Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years experience in data analysis or program evaluation
• Proficient in SAS, R, and SQL for data analysis
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with sensitive data management in healthcare settings
