Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support promoting individual well-being
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
• Implement behavior support strategies effectively
• Evaluate and de-escalate behavioral escalations
• Assist with daily living activities and life skills
Requirements:
• 1 year post-secondary education in human services
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Robust communication and active listening skills
• Patience and a proactive approach to challenges
• Valid driver’s license for transporting individuals
