Join our team as a Lapping Machine Operator, specializing in CNC operation and quality control. You'll set up and manage production processes while ensuring product excellence.
This role requires a skilled operator to handle both CNC and manual machinery effectively. You will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, maintaining quality standards, and conducting inspections using precision measuring equipment. Training of other operators may also be part of your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC or manual lapping equipment
• Troubleshoot production/process issues efficiently
• Ensure quality and accuracy of produced work
• Perform basic maintenance checks on machinery
• Record production data as required
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 diploma
• Equivalent experience in machining or mechanical skills
• Ability to read and interpret production prints
• Required computer proficiency for access to procedures
