Sous Chef
*Matteo's Ristorante*We are looking for a skilled, *passionate, enthusiastic* *Sous Chef *to complete our team.*Matteo's is a small 32 seat, rapid paced restaurant opened Tuesday-Saturday.
Are you someone who:
has a familiarity with Italian cuisine is preferred.
has the ability to run point efficiently under pressure
can properly maintain a clean work station
Food handlers certificate required.
Qualifications
Must have previous 2-3 years? experience in this field.
Multitasking Skills
Degree or Diploma in Culinary
Prepares food for the restaurant, events and is a team leader for those under them
Works under the direction of the owner and strong leadership when working with others
Maintains a high level of cleanliness and demonstrates by example when using proper handling of food techniques
Provides a healthy and positive work environment
Working effectively while putting food up simultaneously in timing accordance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
