Randstad Canada is seeking a Property Accountant for a premier retail real estate portfolio in Pointe-Claire. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid work with 2 days WFH (Tuesdays & Thursdays) and a 35-hour workweek. You will manage full-cycle accounting, GAAP/IFRS reporting, and cash management across a portfolio of properties.
Requirements include a college accounting diploma and 5+ years in real estate accounting. Solid Excel skills and bilingual English/French are preferred.
