We’re growing—and we’re looking for a skilled Carpenter or experienced Apprentice (minimum 3rd Year) to join our agile team on Vancouver Island.

Compensation

Journeyperson: $35–$37/hour (based on experience)

4th-Year Apprentice: $31.50/hour

3rd-Year Apprentice: $29.05/hour

What You’ll Do

Tackle hands-on work across concrete, steel, and wood frame construction

Read and interpret blueprints with precision

Execute layout, forming, framing, and envelope detailing

Install doors, windows, trim, stairs, decks, cabinets—you name it





Contribute to finishing, weatherproofing, and energy-efficient detailing

Maintain site safety and keep accurate daily records

Supervise and guide site helpers as needed

What You Bring

Minimum 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice or equivalent field experience

Solid grasp of modern construction techniques, tools, and materials

Solid blueprint-reading, layout, and math skills

Clean driver’s license and robust work ethic

Team player with a collaborative mindset and respect for others

First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
