As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse with Halton Healthcare, you will engage with adults experiencing acute psychiatric disorders. This role, requiring a minimum of one year of acute adult mental health experience, involves critical tasks like monitoring medication responses and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. You are expected to demonstrate strong assessment and crisis intervention skills and ensure patient-centered care in a agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications effectively to patients
• Conduct thorough mental status and physical assessments

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
