Responsibilities
The Client Data Administrator will work closely with the Client Due Diligence Team Lead and other departments to review clients flagged for remediation, conducting risk assessments to evaluate predetermined risk levels and performing thorough screenings and online investigations as needed. They will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in internal systems, request updated documentation from clients when necessary, and respond to remediation requests promptly. The role also involves monitoring for irregularities and instances of noncompliance, reporting these promptly to the Team Lead, and collaborating across teams to ensure that all client information meets regulatory and compliance standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, though relevant experience in client due diligence or a related area is also valued. Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) requirements is an advantage. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with various stakeholders. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment are critical. The role requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating meticulous accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing challenges.
