The Opportunity Kellow Recruiting is recruiting on behalf of an established and growing metal fabrication company in Markham that is expanding its operations and investing in new equipment, technology, and processes.
The company supports customers across multiple industries, providing high-volume production and custom metal fabrication from a modern, exceptionally clean, and well-organized manufacturing facility.
With continued growth underway, they're looking for a Full Cycle Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator to become an important part of their small, collaborative office team.
Accounting comes first—but this isn't a role where you'll be confined to one function.
You'll own important day-to-day accounting responsibilities while also supporting administration and operations, improving processes, and taking on more responsibility as you grow with the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For Full Cycle Accounting Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Invoicing
Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
General Ledger (GL)
Journal entries
Payroll
Month-End & Compliance Month-end support
HST and remittances
Maintaining accurate financial records
Year-end support
Working with external accountants
Cash & Working Capital Collections
Cash flow support
Processes & SOPs Identify process gaps.
Help develop and document new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Administration & Operations General office administration
Shipping and warehouse support
Documentation
Assist other departments as required
What We're Looking For Experience & Technical Skills 3+ years of practical bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong full-cycle accounting fundamentals.
Experience with QuickBooks .
Experience with: Month-end procedures
Payroll
HST
