Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Manager, Customer Segments & Growth (Partnerships & Operations). This position involves overseeing the execution of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and operational projects that support business growth within a key segment. The ideal candidate will develop robust stakeholder relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Pay rate range (CAD): $54.35/hr - $65.22/hr
Responsibilities Support the development and execution of partnership and sponsorship strategies to strengthen segment growth.
Assist in identifying, negotiating, and managing external strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives.
Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.
Contribute to operational excellence initiatives to improve customer experiences and streamline business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk,
and Frontline to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor KPIs related to partnership success, operational performance, and overall business impact.
Support the leadership of a team managing partnerships, operations, and project execution.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
Desired Skill-Set 1-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or related fields.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
Proven ability to support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to business results.

Experience developing business cases and executive-level presentations.

MBA or Master’s degree.
