Job Description Please note: This is a CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY until December 31, 2026. This role is designated as “Hybrid” as per Fidelity Canada’s Dynamic Working Policy. Current Work Authorization is required for all openings.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the current Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
What We Do Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is the leading independent clearing broker and custodian in the Canadian market. We provide trade execution, clearing, custody and back-office support services to Canadian-based brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of U.S.-based firms.

What You Will Do The Registered Products Administrator will have the opportunity to learn about not only our company, but also the niche market of clearing, custodial and trade execution services.
The Registered Products team is responsible for settlements with our Trustee, RSP and TFSA contributions/deregistration’s, RESP administration, RRIF/LIF payment setup/recurring events, RRSP to RRIF rollovers, and Pension plan unlocking/administration.
Processes all RESP withdrawals and transfer requests.
Coordinates the timing and generation of ESDC monthly in/out grant files.
Reconciles monthly RESP grant payment from ESDC with our system.
What We Are Looking For: Education, Experience Post-secondary education completed or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ of experience in the financial services industry.
You are familiar with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc.).
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry.
Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC).
Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English.

Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring.
The hourly rate ranges from $26.00 to $30.00, based on experience and qualifications.
