Engage clients at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts, and provide information on other products.
Refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing to appropriate Banking Centre.
Track and record sales activities accurately and ensure client confidentiality.
Promote and demonstrate digital banking options to clients.
Requirements Experience in a rapid-paced sales and service environment, preferably in a financial and client service industry.
Well-developed interpersonal and conversation skills to proactively engage clients.
