Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Controller, this Division Controller will lead a team focused on financial reporting, internal controls, and operational analysis. Aiming for profitability improvements, the role demands engagement with business leaders and oversight of budgeting processes and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting systems for financial compliance
• Produce financial reports aiding decision-making processes
• Analyze financial trends and variances to provide insights
• Direct budgeting and variance coordination with leaders
• Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals

Requirements:
• University degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Over 10 years’ experience in accounting roles
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/D365/PowerBI)
• CPA designation with knowledge in Agriculture industry
