As a key player in the medical records team, you will supervise training related to standards and practices. Your responsibilities include managing medical records, overseeing data quality checks, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Engage in the creation of current procedures while supporting the orientation of new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training on medical records processes as necessary
• Develop and improve procedures related to health data
• Perform quality checks for accuracy and confidentiality
• Manage requests for medical information in compliance
• Maintain records of new hires and support orientation
Requirements:
• Availability Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Knowledge in data management and computer literacy
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel preferred
