As part of the Health, Safety and Environment team, you’ll shape health and safety initiatives across the Calgary facility. Your role involves strategic support for the DHC-515 aircraft program, emphasizing compliance and innovative safety practices. Ideal candidates will have deep industry experience and a passion for fostering a safe workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Calgary Manufacturing H&S; program implementation
• Manage incident reporting via Cority
• Lead development of strategic H&S; objectives




• Conduct incident investigations for root cause analysis
• Develop H&S; performance reports for leadership

Requirements:
• 10+ years of Health & Safety experience
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
• Experience with Cority incident management software
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
• Professional certification (e.g., CRSP) is an asset
