Be an integral part of The Mustard Seed's Food Security team as a Warehouse and Transportation Associate in Greater Victoria. Support crucial logistics for food rescue, processing, and distribution effectively and safely.

This hybrid position collaborates closely with various partners, donors, and team members under the Food Security Manager's guidance. Key skills in organization, communication, and interpersonal relations are essential as you manage the safe flow of food products across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process rescued food per safety standards
• Assess donations and organize equitable distribution




• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Label and prepare outgoing orders for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver's License with a good driving record
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Food Safe certification required
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
