In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the primary HR Technology liaison, ensuring robust support and administration for HR functions including Talent Acquisition and Payroll. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, combined with robust problem-solving skills, will enable you to spearhead technology enhancements and resolve complex systems issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and optimize SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central
• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve tier 1 and tier 2 HR system issues




• Coordinate HRIS upgrades, implementations, and enhancements

Requirements:
• 7+ years in HRIS or HR technology, with 5+ in SAP SuccessFactors
• Expertise in Employee Central and additional modules
• Proven experience in integrations with platforms like ADP
