As amember of the Ice Crew , you will play an important rolein supporting the day-to-day operations of the Save-On-Foods MemorialCentre. Working alongside the Operations team, you will support daily venueoperations by helping ensure the facility is ready for Victoria Royals hockeygames, concerts, and other live events.
Keyresponsibilities: Assistwith ice maintenance during Victoria Royals home games,including ice scraping during television timeouts andintermissions.
Supportthe setup and teardown of Victoria Royals games,concerts, and other events at the Save-On-FoodsMemorial Centre.
Assistwith the installation, operation, and removal of fan engagementactivations and interactive event elements.
Welcomeguests,



answer questions, and provide exceptional customerservice throughout events.
Respondto patron concerns professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
Helpprepare and maintain facilities, equipment, and event spaces toensure they meet organizational and operational standards.
This is a Part time opportunitythat requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, andVictoria Royals home games. Advanced skating ability is considered anasset, and you are comfortable working in a hands-on environment that includeslifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. Above all, you are reliable,self-motivated, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
