Responsibilities creating motion-forward template systems
building and maintaining interactive HTML5 templates
collaborating with engineering, product, and creative teams to identify and address creative library gaps
developing creative best practices
participating in customer discussions
ensuring quality and compliance of templates
improving workflows with standards and tooling
Requirements 5+ years of motion/visual design experience
strong digital advertising portfolio
intermediate+ motion and animation skills
proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects)
strong collaboration skills
Nice to have skills mobile/video optimization
DOOH/native formats
DCO/feed-driven creative experience
video/audio editing
AI tool application
familiarity with Figma and design systems
