Production Associate – Mirabel / Boisbriand / Saint-Jérôme – $22-23/hr

Location: Mirabel, Québec

Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon) 40 hours/week

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team.

French fluency is required; English is an asset. Please note: this is a safety-sensitive position.

Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, the Production Associate will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare customer orders
Assemble goods on the production line
Package goods for shipping
Maintain work areas and equipment
Support general warehouse-related tasks
Ensure efficient production
Respect Health and Safety requirements
Apply company inventory and production procedures

Qualifications and Skills
Experience in fiber optic product development
Knowledge of fiber optics and cellular networks (an asset)
2+ years of warehouse or production experience




Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) without assistance
Comfortable standing for long periods
Ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines
