In this pivotal position, you will provide direct support to participants of the Outreach or Spectrum Connections program. Collaborating with the Drop-in Coordinator and other support staff, you’ll help ensure all program requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to Outreach program participants
• Collaborate with team members on program planning
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Health and Safety Policies




• Support program administration and participant interactions
• Facilitate effective communication and trust among participants

Requirements:
• Previous outreach experience in related roles
• Two years supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
• Satisfactory background checks and Driver's License required
• First Aid Level 1 certification
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
