Join Tech-Wood as an IT Support Specialist to enhance tech reliability across our Calgary facilities. Provide essential support for employees while fostering a outstanding technology experience.

In this role, you'll deliver everyday IT support to staff at both Tech-Wood locations. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT equipment, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Work collaboratively alongside departments to enhance system efficiency and employee satisfaction while remaining compliant with cybersecurity measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across various devices
• Manage user accounts and end-user connectivity
• Set up and maintain computers and IT equipment




• Assist with network administration and documentation
• Identify areas for improving user experience and efficiency

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of IT support experience in multi-site environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
• Valid Class 5 driver's license for travel
• Ability to participate in after-hours support rotation
