Reporting to the HSE Director, this role provides vital support to multidisciplinary teams across North America. Leverage your HSE expertise to improve safety outcomes and mentor teams while maintaining compliance with legislative and company standards. Drive innovative safety initiatives during your in office engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Forbes Bros.' safety values across projects
• Oversee incident investigations and audits effectively
• Lead HSE training initiatives and toolbox talks
• Develop and review Project Safety Plans and JSAs
• Support management of workplace injuries and WCB claims

Requirements:
• 5+ years in HSE for high-risk environments
• Experience with multi-site project leadership
• Proven background in incident investigations and audits
• Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety or related field
• BCSP certification is preferred
