Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to develop compelling ESS proposals that drive business success.
Partner with R&D; and Engineering teams to design and deliver innovative, customer‑focused ESS solutions.
Analyze customer requirements to design and deliver tailored standard or custom solutions that address specific business needs.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to help customers clearly understand the value and benefits of ESS products.
Mentor and develop recent team members, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide insights to support future growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
Over 7 years of experience in the power industry/energy storage.
Proven expertise in preparing technical commercial proposals and delivering outstanding sales presentations.
Strong problem‑solving abilities with the communication skills to share complex technical solutions clearly.
Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and accountable - ready to meet and exceed targets.
A leader with excellent collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google tools, and CRM software (Salesforce).
