Participate in impact analyses, estimations, planning, testing and production deployments.
Support the integration and adoption of new capabilities related to Salesforce, data and artificial intelligence.
Identify opportunities to improve, automate and optimize business processes.
Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams while contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of delivery practices.
Requirements Holds a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Has 2 to 5 years of experience in IT analysis,



functional analysis or digital solution delivery.
Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving skills.
Recognized for collaboration, autonomy and the ability to positively influence teams.
Exhibits excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics to non‑technical audiences.
Motivated by continuous learning, experimenting with recent approaches and continuous improvement.
Familiar with Agile, SAFe or Lean methodologies.
