This role involves working closely with the Chief Technology Officer and staff across departments. You'll oversee first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring reliable connectivity and assist with user account management. Additionally, your contributions will help maintain secure infrastructure through effective management of cloud services and backup systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktops and laptops
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and user accounts
• Monitor network connectivity and wireless systems
• Document technical procedures and asset inventories
• Assist in technology projects and equipment installations
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting devices and networks
• Excellent communication with a focus on customer service
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
