As a Small Engine Field Mechanic, you will be responsible for implementing daily work orders and monthly preventative maintenance schedules across your service territory. This role requires being on call during weekends and managing service appointments, documentation, and route planning. Your main goal will be to uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction through effective repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute in-field dispatched work orders and preventative maintenance
• Respond to scheduled service repair calls in assigned territories




• Maintain and reconcile inventory of equipment parts in your vehicle
• Train subcontractors on best practices for equipment maintenance
• Prepare and submit reports as required by the manager

Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in small engine repairs
• Technical trades certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Ability to work adaptable shifts on a rotational basis
