Randstad Canada is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic team for a one-year contract, with potential for extension. You will be pivotal in developing Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules while supporting asset lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in customizations, data analysis, and ITIL processes related to ITAM and ITSM.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain HAM and SAM modules
• Support full asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement




• Implement asset normalization and compliance reporting
• Assist in configuring HAM/SAM Pro and manage integrations
• Collaborate with teams to enhance MTTR and resolution rates

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow modules
• Robust knowledge of ITIL processes in asset management
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
