What You'll Have: Able to demonstrate post qualification experience
Experience and understanding of UK radiotherapy
Previous experience within all aspects of radiotherapy; quality assurance, pre-treatment, and treatment
Evidence of effective staff liaison and co-operative working
Evidence of empathetic and a holistic approach to patient care
Previous experience working in private health sector advantageous
Prior experience with resolving complaints satisfactorily
Experience of proactively evolving radiotherapy techniques
A range of radiotherapy clinical skills
Evidence of effective organisational,
interpersonal and communication skills
Strong relationship building skills
Able to make independent judgments/decisions, ability to solve problems
Ability to work flexibly to achieve GenesisCare business objectives
Able to act as a trainer and mentor for recent/more junior staff
Qualifications and Knowledge: DCR (T) or BSc (Hons) in Radiotherapy (or equivalent)
HCPC registration
Evidence of continuing professional development
Some knowledge of report writing
