Supports the organization’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
Leads full-cycle recruitment processes
Oversees employee onboarding, orientation, and training processes
Supports managers with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Acts as back-up support for payroll administration when required
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
CHRP designation is required
Minimum two (2) years of experience in human resources or employee relations
Experience working within a unionized environment
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and HR best practices
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
