Join Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake as a dedicated Hospitalist. This role focuses on acute inpatient medicine, palliative care, and teamwork in a supportive community setting.

As a Hospitalist, you will take on the MRP (most responsible physician) role for diverse patient cases, working collaboratively with specialists. You’ll be managing 12-16 inpatients during your shifts and have the opportunity for continued growth. We welcome both new graduates and experienced professionals to contribute to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex medical and surgical patient care
• Oversee palliative care in acute medical settings
• Collaborate with specialists and family physicians
• Provide flexible part time or locum opportunities
• Participate in leadership development through NAVIG8 Program

Requirements:
• Licensed physician in British Columbia
• Experience in inpatient medicine preferred
• Passion for teamwork and patient-centered care
• Commitment to quality improvement in healthcare
• Open to both full-time and part-time roles
