In this strategic role, you'll report to the Vice President, Technology & Digital Transformation, spearheading the organization’s core technology operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure and cloud platforms while managing vendor partnerships and support services. Your leadership will drive improvements in service quality and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee infrastructure planning and lifecycle management
• Lead operational cybersecurity and risk compliance programs
• Manage performance of Managed Service Providers and vendors




• Enhance service delivery through effective support systems
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for technology projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in IT infrastructure and security leadership
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity practices
• Proven vendor management and service delivery skills
• Relevant certifications like CISSP or ITIL
• Ability to manage multi-site operations and teams
