As a Registered Behaviour Analyst, you will assess client needs and craft tailored behavior plans for children facing developmental challenges. Your role also involves training and supervising therapists, ensuring evidence-based practices guide your work. You'll coordinate with caregivers and other professionals while mentoring ABA students, contributing to an impactful learning workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and prioritize caregiver input
• Develop and supervise individualized behavior plans
• Conduct Functional Analyses and behavior assessments
• Provide training and feedback for ABA Therapists
• Update treatment plans and maintain current practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in ASD or Developmental Disabilities
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access
• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Experience with ABLLS-R and EFL assessment tools
• Robust leadership and communication skills
