Become an integral part of Birchwood's Collision Centre as a Collision Estimator. This role focuses on the timely assessment of vehicle damages and teamwork with Advanced Repair Planning Technicians.
Reporting to the Collision Centre Manager, your central responsibilities will involve reviewing MPI claims, confirming revisions, and ensuring proper documentation. You'll engage in parts procurement and create accurate customer quotes efficiently. This position offers valuable insights into the Collision Industry from an operational standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vehicle tear-down and reassembly processes
• Review MPI claims and damages thoroughly
• Ensure accurate documentation of repair amendments
• Procure necessary parts for approved work orders
• Create detailed customer quotes promptly
Requirements:
• Body repair industry experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
