RSM seeks a Senior Assurance Associate to support our TMT practice, focusing on audits in diverse sectors such as e-commerce and telecommunications. You'll develop sector-specific expertise while managing complex financial audits and training junior staff. Engage with clients, understand their business needs, and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the audit process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate audits of complex financial statements for clients
• Train and supervise Audit Associates within engagement teams
• Develop an understanding of client specific needs and industry trends
• Anticipate client concerns and communicate effectively
• Provide insightful feedback on financial statement deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Active CPA license or progress toward licensure
• 2–3 years of public accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and auditing tools
• Solid analytical skills and professional judgment
