Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field
• 8+ years in solution architecture or business analysis
• 5+ years experience in HR or benefits delivery
• Knowledge of DC and DB retirement plans
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities
