PNR RailWorks is seeking a Mini Tie Gang Track Foreman to lead a crew in installing track ties across our territories in Ontario. You will direct day-to-day tasks to meet safety, quality, profitability and schedule goals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Track Supervisor, you will pre-plan activities, brief the crew, coordinate with contractors, and manage documentation. In addition to tying tracks, you may participate in other maintenance tasks as needed.
