Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement program policies and strategies
• Conduct program evaluations with internal and external resources
• Research and analyze local and provincial legislation




• Prepare presentations, reports, and environmental scans
• Foster partnerships with community agencies and stakeholders

Requirements:
• University Degree in Business or Public Administration
• Minimum five years’ public policy development experience
• Knowledge of community agency development and human services
• Experience with budget processes and business planning
• Robust analytical and communication skills
