To support its continued growth, our client is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield .

Working closely with a Producing Broker , you will be responsible for servicing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, policy changes, policy issuance and billing .

Our client is an independent Property & Casualty insurance brokerage serving both Personal and Commercial Lines. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an insurance professional who wants to join a stimulating, collaborative team made up of experienced professionals.

Please note: this is a service-focused position. No sales or prospecting is required.

What We Offer

Permanent, full-time position ;

Base salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year , depending on experience;

Annual bonus based on company performance, approximately $1,000 or more;

Commercial Lines service position , working directly with a Producing Broker;

Your Day-to-Day
Working closely with the Producing Broker on your team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing and administrative and technical management of a portfolio of commercial clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing, analyzing and following up on client requests ;

Analyzing risks and identifying insurance solutions that best meet each client’s needs;

Negotiating with insurance carriers to obtain the best possible terms and coverage ;

Monitoring and managing renewals according to established timelines;

Supporting clients throughout the claims process and ensuring proper follow-up;

Preparing and reviewing client documentation and insurance proposals ;

Supervising the issuance,



changes and cancellations of policies in accordance with established procedures;

Managing client accounts and billing follow-up ;

Working closely with the Producing Broker, insurance carriers and other stakeholders;

Maintaining strong client relationships and providing professional and personalized service .

What You Bring

A valid AMF licence in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance ;

At least 3 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience ;

Strong risk analysis and negotiation skills ;

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;

Comfortable working with technology and navigating multiple software systems and dual monitors ;

A reliable home internet connection ;

Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and processes;

A genuine passion for customer service and teamwork .
