Responsible for the entire Scientific Application Portfolio including Computer System Validation
Work with GIS and Business Leadership to develop a global Digital Strategy
Drive the development and adoption of digital leadership capability throughout the organization
Provide global strategy and leadership on solutions that are practical and scalable
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the global vision, strategy, and program
Oversee and direct efforts in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes
Develop and drive global enterprise applications delivery teams to improve speed of delivery
Develop and oversee global compliance programs governing vendor qualification
Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers
Act as an Agile Champion by establishing high-performing teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or equivalent
10+ years as a Senior Manager/Director within an IT environment
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
Demonstrated experience in governance, IT and GXP controls
Demonstrated experience providing global leadership
Demonstrated experience working with large enterprise systems for both IT and OT.
Strong Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS), Chromatography, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
skills.
Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making and communication skills
Experience with managing virtual teams
Strong knowledge of Canadian, US and EU regulatory guidelines
