Our client is a rapidly growing Quebec-based company specializing in Personal and Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance . As part of its continued expansion, they are looking for experienced insurance professionals to join their Customer Service Team .
You will work in a beautiful new office in Quebec City, surrounded by a dynamic team and a stimulating work environment with various activities throughout the year.
What We Offer
Permanent, full-time position ;
Base salary starting at $55,000 per year , depending on experience;
25% commission on your sales ;
$100 commission on CIME ;
No cold calling - all calls are inbound;
A strong focus on work-life balance ;
35-hour workweek , Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;

Your Day-to-Day
Act as the first point of contact for insureds and provide an exceptional customer experience;
Handle inbound calls and assist clients with their insurance needs;
Process policy changes,
quotations and client retention ;
Identify sales opportunities and generate consultative sales during inbound calls;
Manage renewals and update client files as required;
Provide professional insurance advice based on each client’s situation and needs;
Shop and compare quotes with multiple insurance carriers to find the best solutions;
Negotiate terms with insurance carriers;
Answer questions regarding policies and client accounts;
Use sound judgment to determine when to listen, assist, recommend a solution or elevate an issue ;
Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities .
What You Bring
A valid AMF licence in Property & Casualty Insurance - required;
At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Broker ;
Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills ;
A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and an interest in sales;
A customer-focused, solution-oriented and action-driven mindset;
An energetic and empathetic personality, with the ability to quickly make clients feel comfortable;
Confidence in consultative sales and recommending tailored insurance solutions;
Strong computer skills and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple software platforms;
Comfortable working with dual monitors ;
A reliable home internet connection to ensure excellent communication quality while working remotely.
